Kutjevo, Neuburger grape variety, a cross (apparently spontaneous) between Pinot Blanc and Silvaner (Sonoma Riesling, Picardou Blanc), designated as quality wine with AOC, dry, 12.5 % alcohol content by volume, 0.75 litres.
Of brighter vibrant straw-yellow colour, well pronounced fragrance and solid aromas, with outstanding overtones of white and green home-grown drupes accompanied by a touch of citruses, a floral overtone and a thread of vegetation. Tart on the palate, well rounded, of solid body, medium long finish.
Serve at 12 degrees Centigrade, along simple everyday dishes.
