Pleasant and refreshing, full, very appropriate for use especially during supper or with seafood or seasonal locally available vegetables. Of attractive appearance, sparkling crystal clear bright pink colour matching grape variety/varieties, technology used and age of the wine. Discrete on the nose but quite sufficiently well pronounced, with non-complicated fragrance of considerably fruitiness, hinting at fresh locally grown dark red berries and strawberries, but also drupes, with fine floral nuance. Nicely acidy on the palate, dry, well rounded, of quite good body, with vibrant, pleasantly bitterish finale marked with fruits and mildly herbal sensations, considerably lasting.
Use immediately, with various appetizers and pasta and vegetables dishes, with seafood, cooked light meat, spit roasted lamb... Serve at 12 to degrees Centigrade.
